Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project – Public Notice
The Town of Cherry Creek will be undertaking sanitary sewer system improvements at various locations throughout the Town. This project is intended to enhance the reliability and long-term performance of the municipal sewer infrastructure.
Construction will be performed by STC Construction, Inc., under contract with the Town of Cherry Creek.
Project Schedule
- Anticipated Start Date: October 13, 2025
- Anticipated Completion Date: October 31, 2026
Project Locations
Construction activities are expected to occur in the following areas:
- Main Street
- South Main Street
- North Main Street
- Backlot of 6820 North Main Street
- Center Road
- Southside Avenue
- Railroad Avenue
Construction Hours
Work is anticipated to take place Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Traffic and Access
During the course of construction, vehicular traffic and on-street parking may be impacted at times. Local traffic, school and bus routes, emergency vehicles, and pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the project area.
The Town of Cherry Creek appreciates the cooperation and patience of residents and businesses during the completion of this important infrastructure improvement. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this project may cause.
