Fall Clean-Up (Junk Days) – October 24 & 25, 2025
The Town of Cherry Creek will hold its annual Fall Clean-Up (Junk Days) for Town residents on Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25, 2025.
Dumpster Availability & Hours
Dumpsters will be available at the Town Barn during the following times:
- Friday, October 24: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Saturday, October 25: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Important Guidelines
Please review the following rules carefully before arriving:
- No curbside pickup will be provided
- No asbestos or household garbage will be accepted
- Only two (2) truckloads per family are permitted
- No tires will be accepted
Accepted Items
The following items will be accepted at no charge:
- Batteries
- Freezers
- Refrigerators
- Air conditioners
Paint cans will be accepted only if the lid has been removed and the paint inside is completely dried.
All metal items must be separated from other trash. Mixed loads containing metal and other materials will be rejected.
Not Accepted
Due to current restrictions:
- No electrical or electronic items will be accepted
- Examples include: toasters, microwaves, computers, radios, and televisions
