Town Leadership & Governance
The Town Supervisor and Town Board are responsible for overseeing the operations of the Town of Cherry Creek, establishing local policy, and conducting official town business in accordance with New York State law. Town Board meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend and participate.

The Town Supervisor serves as the chief executive officer of the Town, presiding over Town Board meetings and overseeing day-to-day municipal operations.

The Deputy Supervisor assists the Supervisor and performs duties in their absence.
Town Board Members
The Cherry Creek Town Board consists of elected members who work collaboratively to adopt local laws, approve budgets, and guide town operations.

Town Board Meetings
Regular Town Board meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 PM, unless otherwise noted.

Town Board meetings are open to the public. Residents may address the Board during designated public comment periods in accordance with meeting procedures.
