The Town of Cherry Creek provides forms and permit applications for common projects and services. Most permits are administered through the Town’s Code Enforcement Office. If you are unsure which form you need, please contact the appropriate office before starting work.

Before You Apply
To help avoid delays, please review the following before submitting an application:
- Confirm whether a permit is required for your project.
- Complete the application fully and legibly.
- Include any required supporting materials (site plan, dimensions, contractor information, etc.).
- Do not begin work until you have received approval, when applicable.
Permit requirements may vary depending on the property location and scope of work.
How to Submit Forms
Completed forms may be submitted:
- In person at Cherry Creek Town Hall
- By mail to the Town Hall address
- By email if the form allows digital submission (contact the Town for instructions)
